myJo Doh (AmyJo Doherty) is a British singer-songwriter who’s been based in Madrid for the past 21 years, and you can feel that influence pulse through her music—a unique blend of punk grit, acoustic soul, and bilingual street poetry. While she’s best known for her high-energy performances with her punk-rock band AmyJo Doh & The Spangles, her acoustic solo shows reveal a different kind of magic: raw, intimate, and always full of heart. Each set is a handpicked mix of originals and unexpected covers (blues, pop, country), shaped by the vibe of the night. No two shows are ever the same—she might turn up solo with just a guitar, or bring along a cajón, trumpet… whatever the moment calls for…. Or whoever she meets on the way.
